Tony Debevc, Sr. built this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom farm home for his wife, Rose Marie and their two children, Donniella and Tony Debevc.  Tony and Rose enjoyed many years in this home, building a family and working together in the vineyards.  The home has stayed in the family and is now owned by Donniella (Debevc) and Larry Winchell and managed by Rose and Tony's grandchildren and great grandchildren.  The vineyard view and old barns add to the charm of this beautiful farm cottage along with many new upgrades.  Enjoy the wood burning stove in the patio room while playing cards or chatting with your friends on the cool fall or winter nights.  The front porch and side arbor porch are beautiful settings to enjoy a glass of wine and a fabulous grill cooked meal during the summer months.  Tony and Rose's Vineyard Escape Cottage is just a few miles from several Grand River Valley wineries, breweries and a distillery.  It's about 10 minutes from the popular summer get-away resort town, Geneva-on-the Lake.  Rentals are available year round with special pricing for holidays and special events.  There is a 2 night minimum stay and we ask that you limit your stay to a 6 guest maximum.  No pets allowed.
